Questions
When do I pay?
Only after we have spoken and agreed on a date and time. You then receive a secure payment link; the time is reserved once payment is received. Sending a request costs nothing.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes. You can reschedule free of charge if you tell us at least 48 hours before the session. If you cancel at least 48 hours before, you receive a full refund. Later cancellations and missed sessions are covered in the consultation terms.
Do I need to buy a report first?
No. Your expert prepares your chart from your birth date before the session. If you already have a report, it is a good idea to have it open during the call.
Which video service do you use?
Usually Zoom or Google Meet. You receive the link by email; you do not need an account, only a browser or the free app, a stable internet connection and a quiet place.
Is the session recorded?
No. We do not record consultations. You are welcome to take notes.
Who reads my question?
Only the members of our team who arrange and give your consultation. We keep your request confidential and use it only to prepare the session. See the privacy policy for details, including how to ask us to delete it.
