1. Service Description

Sacred Avatar provides personalized numerology reports based on birth date analysis. Our reports are generated for entertainment and self-reflection purposes and should not be considered professional advice (medical, financial, legal, or psychological).

2. Account Registration

To access purchased reports, you must create an account with a valid email and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Purchases & Payments

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD).
• One-time purchases provide permanent access to your report as long as your account exists.
• Monthly subscriptions (Eternal Path) can be canceled at any time through your Stripe account or by contacting us.

4. Refund Policy

14-day guarantee. If your reading is not what you expected, write to us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not need to explain why, and there is no form to complete. Send your request to supportsacred@gmail.com from the email address used for the purchase.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, the funds usually appear within 5–10 business days.

If you cannot access a report you have paid for, contact us at any time — that is a fault on our side, not a refund request, and we will fix it or refund you regardless of how long ago you purchased.

Where the law of your province or country grants you cancellation rights beyond this policy, those rights apply in addition to it and are not limited by anything stated here.

5. Recurring Plans

The Eternal Path plan renews automatically each month until you cancel. Before you pay, the checkout page states the amount, the currency and the billing interval.

You may cancel at any time from your account page, which takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling does not remove access to reports you have already received. We do not charge a cancellation fee.

If a renewal payment fails, access to the recurring features pauses until the payment succeeds. We do not retry indefinitely, and we do not pass unpaid balances to collection.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, text, graphics, and reports on Sacred Avatar are owned by us and protected by copyright. Your purchased report is licensed for personal use only and may not be resold or redistributed.

7. Disclaimer

Sacred Avatar reports are based on numerological analysis and are provided for entertainment and personal insight purposes. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of any information provided. Our service is not a substitute for professional advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sacred Avatar shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse our service.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the province and country in which Sacred Avatar operates. Nothing in these terms removes any right you have under the consumer protection legislation of your own province, including the right to cancel a distance contract where such a right applies.

12. Age Requirement

Sacred Avatar is intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly sell reports to minors.
