Terms of Service and Public Offer

1. The service

Sacred Avatar calculates 37 positions from a date of birth and presents a written interpretation of them (the “report”). We also offer private online consultations with an expert. You can see the first three insights of any date free of charge; the full report is available with one of the paid plans described on the site.

By creating an account, buying a plan or requesting a consultation, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Your account

• You must be 18 or older and give accurate information, including a working email address.
• Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity in your account; tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
• You can download your data or delete your account at any time from your account page.

3. Prices and payment

• On the Ukrainian version of the site, prices are shown in Ukrainian hryvnias (UAH); on the English and French versions, in US dollars (USD). The amount and currency are shown again on the payment page before you pay. If your card is in another currency, your bank may apply its own conversion fee.
• Payments are processed by LiqPay, the payment service of JSC CB PrivatBank (Ukraine). You can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Card details are entered on the LiqPay page; we never see or store your card number.
• The report is digital: it opens in your account as soon as the payment is confirmed. Nothing is shipped.
• A one-time plan gives you access to your report for as long as your account exists. After payment you receive a confirmation by email.

4. Refund policy

14-day guarantee. If your reading is not what you expected, write to us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not need to explain why, and there is no form to complete. Send your request to support@sacredavatar.com from the email address used for the purchase.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, the funds usually appear within 5–10 business days.

If you cannot access a report you have paid for, contact us at any time — that is a fault on our side, not a refund request, and we will fix it or refund you regardless of how long ago you purchased.

Refunds for consultations follow section 6.

5. Monthly plan

The Eternal Path plan is not on sale yet. Once it opens, it renews automatically each month until you cancel. Before you pay, the checkout page states the amount, the currency and the billing interval.

You may cancel at any time from your account or by writing to us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling does not remove access to reports you have already received. There is no cancellation fee.

If a renewal payment fails, the monthly features pause until the payment succeeds. We do not retry indefinitely and we do not pass unpaid balances to collection.

6. Consultations with an expert

What it is. A private video conversation of the length shown on the consultation page (currently 60 minutes), in which an experienced Sacred Avatar reader goes through your chart with you. It is a reflective conversation; it is not therapy and not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice (see section 9).

How booking works.

1. You send a request. This is free and does not oblige you to anything.
2. We contact you, usually within 24 hours on business days, to understand your question and agree on a date and time.
3. We send you a secure payment link for the price shown on the consultation page when you sent your request. The time is held for you for 48 hours; if payment is not received by then, we may offer the time to someone else.
4. Once payment is received, the consultation is confirmed: you receive the video link and a calendar invitation.

Rescheduling and cancelling.

• More than 48 hours before the start: you can reschedule free of charge, or cancel and receive a full refund.
• Less than 48 hours before the start: we cannot refund the session, but we offer you one new date within 60 days at no extra cost.
• If you do not join within 15 minutes of the start time and have not told us, the session is considered held.
• If you join late, the session still ends at the scheduled time.
• If we have to cancel, or if the session cannot take place because of a technical problem on our side, you choose between a new date and a full refund.

To reschedule or cancel, reply to any consultation email or write to support@sacredavatar.com. Requests sent before payment can also be cancelled from your account.

Respect and confidentiality. We keep what you share confidential (see the Privacy Policy). We do not record consultations, and we ask you not to record them without the expert’s agreement. The expert may end a session if the conversation becomes abusive or threatening; in that case no refund is due for the time used.

Your wellbeing comes first. A consultation is not suitable in an emergency or crisis. If you are in distress or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 (Canada and the United States), call your local emergency number, or contact a crisis line where you live.

7. Reviews

If you leave a review, it must be your own honest experience. We read reviews before publishing them and may decline those that are offensive, off-topic or contain personal information. We never edit the meaning of a review and we do not publish reviews we have not received from real clients. You can ask us to remove your review at any time.

8. Intellectual property

The texts, method, charts, designs and graphics of Sacred Avatar belong to us and are protected by copyright. Your report is licensed to you for personal use. You may share it privately with people close to you, but you may not resell it, publish it in bulk or use it to build a competing service.

9. Nature of the readings

Sacred Avatar is offered for reflection and self-enquiry. Readings and consultations are interpretations based on our numerological method; they do not predict events and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Decisions you make remain your own.

10. Liability

We take care to provide the service as described. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the readings or consultations, and our total liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the consumer protection laws of your province or country, and nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Suspension and closing an account

We may suspend or close an account that is used fraudulently, to abuse the service or other people, or in serious breach of these terms. Where possible we will tell you why first. If we close your account without fault on your part, we refund the unused part of any paid period.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when our service or the law changes. The date at the top shows the current version. We will tell account holders by email at least 30 days before a change that affects an ongoing plan; you may cancel the plan before the change takes effect. Purchases already made remain governed by the terms in force when you made them.

13. Applicable law and language

These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine, where the seller is registered. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the province or country where you live, including any right to cancel a distance contract.

These terms are available in French, English and Ukrainian. If you live in Quebec, the French version is presented to you first and is the one that applies.
